Dear people of HC+SC, Grace and peace to you all. I am delighted to join you as your new priest. As we embark on this journey of faith together, I believe communication essential for us to build a strong foundation of trust and understanding. You will receive this kind of email regularly with thoughts, ideas, theological and spiritual insight, resources, diocesan communications, and other things I’ll consider important to share. With that in mind, I’m excited to announce a series of small gatherings that will give us a unique opportunity to connect on a deeper level. These gatherings will offer a space for us to get to know one another better, share our stories, and explore our collective aspirations for the future of our church. I am eager to hear your thoughts, your longings, and your vision for the work of the church in the coming years. Your insights will guide our mutual ministry and help shape the path ahead. Whether you’re a longtime member of our parish or someone who has recently joined, your voice is valued and important. We are in this together! Stephanie Nystrom is coordinating the calendar of the gatherings. You will hear from her soon. I will also be gathering with the members of our congregation that worship at the Spanish Service. Let us come together with open hearts and minds, ready to listen and learn from one another. Together, we will strengthen our community bonds and discern the path God calls us to follow.
