Lay Eucharistic Ministers
Church members called to the ministry of assisting the priest at the altar and administering the chalice during holy communion are prepared for this service and are licensed by the Bishop. Our parish has a team of Lay Eucharist Ministers, including Linda Fitzpatrick and Jim Kolessar.
Lay Eucharistic Home Visitor
One of our parishioners has been trained to carry and administer the Blessed Sacrament to those who are homebound.
Acolytes
At age seven, children who express an interest are invited to assume the ministry of Acolyte. They are trained to assist the priest and other ministers at the altar and in the celebration of the other sacraments.
